After your ship docks, you’ll need about 30 minutes to disembark and make your way to the Main Lobby, either on foot or by the free shuttle bus (about 1 km). Your driver will meet you there and transfer you to Tuan Chau Harbor for check-in, about a 20-minute drive away.
Drop-off
At around 11:30 AM, you’ll return to Tuan Chau Harbor by tender boat. Our driver will meet you there and transfer you back to Halong International Cruise Port, ETA 11:50 AM

Hi I want to talk about pheHello. We went on this cruise as part of a tour, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The entire staff was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that whatever we needed was provided as quickly as possible. I would like to extend a special thank you to the manager, Mr. Felix; he was extremely professional, personable, and energetic, and he played a key role in ensuring we returned to Iran with such fond memories. I also want to thank Ms. Catherine, whose lovely gift and professional, courteous manner truly rounded out the experience

The staff were exceptional, Mia the tour guide was extremely organized, knowledgeable and friendly. Betty the Butler was also so friendly and helpful. Our tour director Felix made our stay very comfortable and gave some great recommendations not only for our stay but for our entire Vietnam trip. The hospitality of the crew was what made this tour so great.
