It is a street-address option to check, not a shop confirmed beside your ship or at the international passenger exit. For a simple drink or snack, ask port staff about open terminal outlets first; for a separate shopping trip, confirm the shop, item and return route before setting out.

The port operator describes food, drink, retail and duty-free services in the passenger terminal. That confirms service categories, not which outlet is open for your international call, where it is on the permitted passenger route, or what is in stock.

This gives you a named grocery option on the Bai Chay side before considering a supermarket trip across the bridge. Save the full address: “WinMart in Ha Long” could instead lead to the separate supermarket at Vincom on the Hòn Gai side.

Vincom’s current official directory lists WinMart on level 2 of Vincom Plaza Ha Long, in the Clock Tower area on the Hòn Gai side. The same current centre page publishes WinMart hours of 08:00–22:00.

This is a supermarket with a broader range, but it is not a convenience store at the cruise port. Reaching it requires a separate journey across the Bai Chay Bridge area. Confirm the stop before leaving the meeting area
- Ask whether the named shop is open now.
- Ask whether it carries the exact item, size or specification.
- Save the full address and entrance, not only a map pin.
- Plan the outward and return transport before disconnecting from Wi-Fi.
- Tell your guide or driver before leaving the agreed meeting point.
- Set a time to abandon the search if the first shop cannot help.
