Itinerary

Pickup (at any time that suits you)

After pickup at the flagpole, your driver will take you to Tuan Chau Harbor, a less crowded departure point (apx. 15mins drive). Meet your local tour guide and board the cruise.

We will go pass the Stone Dog rock, stop at Thien Cung cave, walk inside to see limestone stalatics.
Get inside the Dau Go cave right at the exit that is less touristy.
Move to Ba Hang for kayaking or have a seat on bamboo boat.
Head to the center of Halong bay to see Incense Burner, Fighting cock rocks.

After approximately 3.5-4 hours of cruising, your driver will take you back to the original meeting point.

Pickup

Flagpole outside the Main Lobby entrance · 5:30–15:00 PM (latest)

After your ship docks, you’ll need about 30 minutes to disembark and make your way to the main lobby, either on foot or by the free shuttle bus (about 1 km).

Under 5 years old: Free of charge for 1 child per 2 adults. Any additional child under 5 is charged 75% of the adult price.
5–8 years old: Charged 75% of the adult price. Children 1.2 meters or taller are charged as adults.
9 years old and above: Charged 100% of the adult price.

Cancellation/Modification

Free cancellation or changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of pickup are charged 100% of the total price.

Excellent Service and Very Kind to My Elderly Mother

Excellent service from Hai Phong Tours. The communication was quick and clear, and the drivers were kind, careful, and punctual. They were especially considerate of my elderly mother, which we really appreciated. I would definitely use their service again.
