Itinerary

Pickup (at any time that suits you)

After pickup at the flagpole, your driver will take you to Tuan Chau Harbor, a less crowded departure point (apx. 15mins drive). Meet your local tour guide and board the cruise.

Cruise to Sung Sot Cave (Surprise Cave). Climb around 100 concrete steps to the cave entrance, located about 30 meters above sea level, then walk through the impressive chambers filled with stalactites and stalagmites.

Visit Luon Cave, where you can choose to paddle a kayak or relax on a traditional bamboo boat.

Stop at Titov Island for swimming and sunbathing on the sandy beach, or hike to the viewpoint for panoramic views over Halong Bay. Freshwater shower facilities are available for an additional fee of around VND 30,000 (approximately US$1.25) per person.

After approximately 6 hours of cruising, your driver will take you back to the original meeting point.

Pickup

Flagpole outside the Main Lobby entrance · 5:30–12:00 PM (latest)

After your ship docks, you’ll need about 30 minutes to disembark and make your way to the main lobby, either on foot or by the free shuttle bus (about 1 km).

For pickups after 12:00 PM, only the 4-hour Halong Bay route is available.

Meal on board usually include steamed rice, fried spring rolls, shrimp, squid, clam soup, seasonal vegetables, sea fish, and fresh fruit for dessert.

If you are vegetarian or have any dietary requirements, please let us know in advance so we can prepare a suitable meal for you.

Child age = current year − birth year

Under 5 years old: Free of charge for 1 child per 2 adults. Any additional child under 5 is charged 75% of the adult price.
5–8 years old: Charged 75% of the adult price. Children 1.2 meters or taller are charged as adults.
9 years old and above: Charged 100% of the adult price.

Cancellation/Modification

Free cancellation or changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of pickup are charged 100% of the total price.

Excellent Service and Very Kind to My Elderly Mother

Excellent service from Hai Phong Tours. The communication was quick and clear, and the drivers were kind, careful, and punctual. They were especially considerate of my elderly mother, which we really appreciated. I would definitely use their service again.
