Booking with Halong Shore Excursion is simple. Our website is designed specifically for cruise ship passengers, so we first check your ship’s port-call schedule before you send a request.
1. Select Your Cruise Ship and Arrival Date
Enter your cruise ship name and arrival date. Our system will use the scheduled arrival and departure times to show shore excursions that fit your port call.
2. Choose Your Shore Excursion
Review the excursions available for your cruise call and choose the option that suits you best.
For multi-day port calls, you can choose separate excursions for each day or select one itinerary covering your entire stay.
3. Check the Trip Details
Before sending your request, review the travel date, departure time, number of guests, pickup information and any available options.
You can also add special requests such as dietary requirements, wheelchair assistance, child seats or other travel needs.
4. Send Your Request
Enter your contact details and submit your request.
No online payment is required to send a booking request.
After submission, you will receive a request number that our team can use to identify your trip.
5. We Check Everything Manually
Our team will check availability and review your cruise ship schedule, excursion timing, transportation and safe return time before confirming your booking.
If any adjustment would make the trip safer or more practical for your port call, we will contact you before confirmation.
6. Receive Your Final Confirmation
Once confirmed, we will send you the final trip details, including:
- Confirmed excursion and travel date
- Pickup time
- Exact meeting point
- Driver or guide contact details
- Final price
- Return plan and recommended return deadline
- Payment instructions, if applicable
